Somewhat. iOS 13 “Yukon” will have a big iPad-focused feature upgrade as well, including an updated Files app. Some other things in the works, are tabs in apps like in MacOS, same app side by side, Apple Pencil stuff. The home screen redesign is iPad focused.

One of the major design implementations of the new iOS is the remodeling and redesigning of the home screen and app arrangements.
The features to be expected in IOS 13 are listed here:
Improved Siri Experience
Siri would not be left out of the new features coming with iOS 13, the new features implemented to Siri in iOS 12 dealt a little with noise filtering, there is still more to do on background noise rejection (for example laughter and crying babies) in the new OS, this will enable more effective and correct search on Siri.
New Find My iPhone App
Apple will be combining Find My Friends and Find My Phone together in one app this will be more powerful and efficient than the previous version of its kind on the iOS, this feature will allow Apple devices to be tracked even when it’s not connected to any WiFi or Internet network. This feature will be leveraging other nearby devices and tracking hardware referred to as Tile-like.
The desire of iOS users for dark mode would be granted in the iOS 13, it will allow night-time viewing which will filter blue rays from the screen thereby protecting the eyes during the night. The dark mode will match the dark mode that was first introduced on macOS and it will be improved on.
Improved multitasking is coming, with the ability to manage multiple windows on the iPad screen with the help of the tab view. Apps will be arranged in cards and it can be stacked on top of one another while flinging any of the cards will dismiss the window.
Redesigned Home Screen
The hunger for the home screen as it is seen in Android OS by iOS users could be one of the reasons while Apple will be redesigning the home screen, though no insight on how it will look like is known by anyone for now.
Incorporating the undo gesture for text input by three fingers stroke on the iPad will also be added to the list of gestures. This new gesture is said to allow users to select multiple items in table views and collection at the keyboard area of the iPad.
Revamped Files App
Although there are few details on the Revamped Files App, Apple is currently working on new features for this section too and we hope for the best output on this from Apple.
Updated Volume Hud
Rumour has it that the volume hud coming, with the new iOS 13 will be less obtrusive with more clarity and audio quality.
In iOS 13 the volume HUD is gone! Apple is finally fixing their software!
It’s also supposed to be groundbreaking but whatever.

Cross-Platform IOS And Mac Apps
Apple is working tirelessly to introduce a new framework for bringing iOS apps to the Mac, this Cross-Platform functionality will be extended to developers on iOS.
As said earlier on, the new improvement coming to Siri will also get featured by developers in the aspect of media playback, search, voice calling, and lots more. Games developers too will be able to have their own share of the new improvement, third-party app integration and NFC implementation will be improved also.
The love of social media and messaging emoji will be one of the propelling force for an update on this new OS. However, emoji update might not come with the first release but certainly, Apple will introduce new characters.
Live Photos Updates
Apple is on a mission to double the length of the video attached to a live photo in its devices. This will be going from three seconds to six seconds.
Redesigned Reminders App
There are plans on developing a new design for the Reminders in the new iOS 13.
Websites with desktop versions will be loaded in the Safari browser on the Ipad when it’s necessary to have such a view. This will automatically switch pages that will person better on the desktop version from the mobile version been loaded on the iPad.
There is a new font management menu to be added. You will have the chance to customize your font to a desirable look, this is one of the cool feature coming to your phone.
Mouse support For iPad
Rumors suggest that Apple is planning on adding an external mouse type C mouse port for the iPad. This will allow users to plug their mouse directly to the iPad without connecting a dongle.
Camera app Redesigning
The camera app is also expecting new features and some new designs. Changing between the resolutions from within the Camera app will be another cool feature to be implemented.
Improved to the Car-Play interface
Users are expecting improved features like Album Art display.
Multiple user accounts
Multiple users account for visitors, house guest feature is also expected to be rolled out on the iPad, though the iPhone users have this feature implemented already.
View Favorites in Contacts app
The ability to view and edit the list of favorite’s contact will also be granted to the iPhone users. This will enable them to modify the favorite’s also in the contact app and not only on the phone.
iOS users cannot wait for the launch date of the new features to be implemented, upgrades will also be granted to users as soon as the launch is made available publicly.
